The primary responsibility of the position will be to maintain and enhance existing ColdFusion websites. New development will be in ColdFusion and/or React TBD. Existing ColdFusion proficiency or a strong web programming background in another language is essential. Addition full stack skills are a strong plus. Applicant must be self-motivated and able to work independently. They must be able to both write and test their code suitable for production distribution. A strong desire to hone existing skill and learn new skills is essential.

An Operational Due Diligence Analyst works closely with other team members and takes responsibility for the timely delivery of operational due diligence projects and reports to LCG’s Risk Management Committee.
This person will perform initial due diligence reviews of fund managers which involves preparation for and participation in manager operational due diligence meetings including onsite interviews with CFOs, COOs, CCOs and other back office operations personnel as well as a review of the fund managers’ operational infrastructure, internal controls, trade process and valuation practices.
The Operational Due Diligence Analyst performs reviews of documents related to the back office operations and compliance of prospective and existing fund managers; assesses the appropriateness of compliance procedures, regulatory reporting and examination results; conducts background checks on key fund manager personnel; and assists with the ongoing monitoring of existing fund managers and personnel.
This role contributes to the overall operational risk measurement, monitoring, and reporting environments and performs ad hoc projects and reviews related to the operational due diligence function as necessary.

The Investment Analyst position is an entry-level position. The Investment Analyst is an integral part of various client teams supporting our institutional clients. The person will assist our Consultants and Senior Consultants in the preparation of the quarterly client reports and will provide support in various client-specific analytical activities including performance analysis and portfolio attribution, asset allocation and asset liability studies, investment manager searches, and all other client-related projects. Analysts will also conduct investment manager research and due diligence across traditional asset classes as well as on hedge funds, private equity, and real estate funds.
Degree in Finance or Economics with keen interest in the capital markets. Strong analytical skills and excellent writing skills are required. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, be able to work independently, and have good communicational skills. Accuracy and timely delivery of client reports are essential. The person must be well-organized, efficient and productive under pressure due to tight time constraints. Candidate must have completed Level I of the CFA exam. All LCG Analysts are required to obtain the CFA designation followed by the CAIA designation.
